Outfit Post - Hoot


This outfit always makes me feel like skating.  It is the perfect swirly, twirly skirt for it :)

      It's actually a vintage suit, but it has to be taken in small doses like this ;) If you put the dress and jacket together, I look like Captain Kangaroo, lol.
